VegasLife Media LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). We respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:

• Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on our site (URL or screenshot)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• The content that was removed and where it previously appeared
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was wrongly removed or disabled
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal court in your district (or Clark County, Nevada if outside the U.S.)
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may restore the removed content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

VegasLife Media LLC may, at our discretion, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

5. Good Faith Notice

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a false claim of infringement may be subject to liability for damages.
